4.3. Emitter Category The maximum annual emissions (Scope 1 and Scope 2) for the Project were calculated as 9,947 tonnes of CO 2 -e. In accordance with DETSI guidelines this application falls under the category of low emitter being less than 25,000 tonnes CO 2 -e per year. As specified in Table 3 of the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Guidelines (DETSI, 2025) , Scope 3 emissions are not required to be assessed for low emitters. 4.4. GHG Emission Inventory The Scope 1 and 2 emission sources for each phase of the Project are shown in Table 2.
