RE: PRELODGEMENT UPPER MUNDIC GULLY TSF EA AMENDMENT
Thank you for your time to discuss a proposed new tailings storage facility (TSF) for the Mount Morgan
Mine, referred to as the Upper Mundic Gully TSF. Pre-reading material was submitted to the Department on 9 July 2025, with further information presented at the meeting held on the 25 th July.
DETSI provided further written comments on the application on the 4 th August 2025. The purpose of this
letter is to communicate with DETSI how each of the comments have been addressed. Table 1 below
provides the DETSI comments, how the comment has been addressed in the updated supporting
information report and the relevant sections in the supporting information report.
