Justification for the changes described in Table 8 are as follows:

• Inclusion of the Upper Mundic Gully TSF in Table F2 is required to commit rehabilitation

obligations and final land use outcomes;

• The final and use for the Upper Mundic Gully TSF is proposed as Native Ecosystem to

achieve a post mining land use (PMLU). Further information regarding the appropriateness

of the PMLU is provided in Section 6.4.2.1;

• The rehabilitation commitments applied to Upper Mundic Gully TSF are intended to match

existing commitments for Sandstone Gully TSF where possible, however acknowledge that
