Additionally, Cleanaway Waste Management Limited have been engaged to act on Heritage Minerals behalf for the reporting of waste tracking information to the Department of Environment and Science for Septic waste, waste code K120. This reporting will occur when the waste is removed from site by Cleanaway Waste Management Limited. 5. Waste Types As the site is currently not operational and only early work construction is being undertaken, the quantity of waste produced is currently unknown. Once operations have commenced and an understanding of waste volumes is achieved this management plan should be updated accordingly. A breakdown of potential waste types and disposal method is shown in Table 4.

5.1 Hazardous Wastes As the site is currently not operational and only early work construction is being undertaken, the full extent of the hazard characteristics of waste is currently unknown. Once a better understanding of the hazard characteristics of waste is obtained, this management plan is to be updated to include with the hazard characteristics and the disposal procedures. 6. Performance Monitoring This management plan may be reviewed from time to time by the Site Senior Executive. A document review shall be mandatory every 3 years or before according to changes or circumstances needs. 6.1 Indicators and criteria The performance criteria for waste management are:
