Rock crevices along the sloped boundary of the Project area were targeted as potential NQ habitat. Three complex rock structures with multiple entrances were noted in the Project area as potential NQ habitat along with surrounding leaf litter and woody debris for foraging. However, due to the sparsity of these rock hollows within the Project area, it is not likely a population could occur within the Project area. Additionally, the presence of pest species within the project area such as cane toads, feral cats and dingoes make the habitat less suitable (Commonwealth of Australia, 2016).
