4.7 Surveillance requirements
Surveillance requirements for the UMG TSF will be defined in details in the Operations, Maintenance and Surveillance (OMS) Manual. Key sections to be included are: — Inspections requirements and associated frequencies — Operations inspection
— Routine dam safety inspection — Annual dam safety inspection — Event driven special inspection
— Monitoring program, including instrumentation and performance observations — Trigger action response plans (TARPs) outlining trigger levels and required responses
