An agreement has been entered into between Heritage Minerals as the Tenement Holder and the adjacent property owner as the Landholder. The agreement provides: • The terms and conditions on which the landholder consents to the renewal of the mining leases; • The parties' agreement on the compensation payable by the Tenement Holder to the landholder • The term of the agreement • The agreed acts • The compensation arrangement • Details regarding the tenement holder's use of the land • Cycad Management Plan implementation details • Landholder obligations for administering the Cycad Management Plan • Indemnities • Confidentiality clauses • Maps showing the land parcels subject to the agreement
4. Reference Site A reference site will be established adjacent to Recipient Site A ( Figure 2 ), prior to translocation operations, to monitor any naturally occurring changes in population dynamics/health over time.
