1.4.1 Overview An ecological assessment conducted by GHD (2024) determined that the development is likely to have a significant residual impact on G. hockingsii , amongst other matters.
1.4.2 Commonwealth legislation G. hockingsii is not listed under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act), so no action is required under this act.
