FINANCIAL ASSURANCE
Financial assurance has been calculated based on the total cost to rehabilitate the maximum area of disturbance, and including an allowance for monitoring and maintenance and contingency costs.
Table 7 outlines the work required to rehabilitate the disturbances existing during the term of this PoO, the approximate cost to achieve the rehabilitation objectives, and the total cost to rehabilitate the maximum area of disturbance.
The total financial assurance required is calculated to be $14,240.00.
