The assessment of compliance of this PoO with the EA conditions was conducted through a desktop assessment and knowledge of the Project site layout and conditions.

AUDIT PROCESS
7.6.1
Environmental Authority and Mining Lease Numbers
This PoO is written in compliance with requirements of conditions detailed in EA EPML00433013. Tenements associated with the Project are listed in Table 2.
7.6.2
Audit of the Plan
The extent to which the PoO complies with the conditions of the EA is described in Section 4.0 and Table 5 (the Action Program). The Action Program determines the actions and documentation required to comply with the EA conditions.
7.6.3
Audit of the Rehabilitation Program
The rehabilitation schedule and rehabilitation cost estimate for the term of this PoO is detailed in Section 5.0. The rehabilitation costs are an estimate of the total third-party cost to complete final rehabilitation
