7.6.4
Verification of Financial Assurance
The financial assurance estimate presented in Section 6.0 has been calculated in accordance with the Guideline: Financial Assurance under the Environmental Protection Act 1994 (ESR/2015/1758) . The financial assurance required for this PoO is $14,240.
7.6.5
Concluding Remarks
I, Julie Byrd, being aware that it is an offence under s480 of the Environmental Protection Act 1994 to provide false or misleading information, state that:
• I am authorised to sign on behalf of the person (meaning a corporation or individual) holding the Environmental Authority;
• All information provided is true and complete; and
• I understand that information given with this Plan of Operations and Audit Statement could become available to the public in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1994 and the Right to Information Act 2009 .
