Schedule W – Water

Unless otherwise permitted under the conditions of this environmental authority, contaminants must only be released from the process plant to the Sandstone Gully Tailings Storage Facility A Water Management Plan that considers all mine features specified in Table A1 - Authorised mining activities and locations must be developed by a suitably qualified and experienced person and implemented, by 1 October 2022.

Prior to the construction of the Upper Mundic Gully Tailings Storage Facility, the environmental authority holder must install and provide to the administering authority the locations of groundwater monitoring bores to monitor groundwater quality at the Upper Mundic Gully Tailings Storage Facility.
