5.1 Basis of Design Design of the Upper Mundic Gully TSF has been undertaken by WSP and overseen by an RPEQ in accordance with the following guidelines: ∕ DETSI Manual for assessing consequence categories and hydraulic performance of structures; ∕ DETSI Structures which are dams or levees construction as part of environmentally relevant activities; ∕ ANCOLD Guidelines on Risk Assessment; ∕ ANCOLD Guideline on the Consequence Categories for Dams; ∕ ANCOLD Guideline on Tailings Dams Planning, Design, Construction, Operation and Closure; ∕ ANCOLD Guidelines or Design of Dams and Appurtenant Structures for Earthquakes; and ∕ Australian Rainfall and Runoff, A Guide to Flood Estimation. The design criteria and basis of design values adopted for the Upper Mundic Gully TSF are provided in Table 21. Table 21. Design Criteria and basis of design
