Where regulated waste is removed from the licensed place (other than be a release as permitted under another schedule of this environmental authority), the holder of this environmental authority must monitor and record the following: (a) the date, quantity and type of waste removed; (b) the name of the waste transporter and/or disposal operator that removed the waste; and (c) the intended treatment/disposal destination of the waste. Note: Records of documents maintained in compliance with a waste tracking system established under the Environmental Protection Act 1994 or any other law for regulated waste will be deemed to satisfy this condition.

The holder of the environmental authority must not release any contaminated waters from disturbed land within any of the operational areas identified in Table F1 – Summary of operational activities on land and shall implement and maintain measures within each area for the capture, temporary storage and transfer of any contaminated water to the mine pit within seven (7) days of the creation of the contaminated water.
