Only minor activities will occur during the term of this PoO. No haul roads will be constructed during the term of this PoO. No dams will be decommissioned during the term of this PoO.

The holder of the environmental authority must construct all haul roads from non-
acid forming material .
Decommissioning of dam – runoff diversion F20 Runoff from the catchments above dams undergoing decommissioning is to be permanently directed to the receiving waters that existed prior to mining, unless the permanent diversion of such waters will result in a better environmental outcome .
Department Interest – Community Complaint response G1
Upon commencement of mining activities, a record of complaints will be maintained that includes all details set out in condition G1.
The holder of the environmental authority must record details of all complaints received including details of the complainant, reasons for the complaint, investigations undertaken, conclusions formed, and actions taken. This information must be made available for inspection by the administering authority on request .
Department Interest – Dams All dams H1
There will be no new dam construction on site during the term of this PoO.
The hazard category of each dam must be determined by a suitably qualified and experienced person, prior to its construction and at least once every two (2) years thereafter. H2 Construction of any dam determined to be in the significant or high hazard category (i.e. a regulated dam) must not be commenced unless the location, basic details, and hydraulic performance of that dam are specifically referenced in this environmental authority. H3 On cessation of operation of any dam, that dam must be maintained so as to avoid environmental harm until that dam is decommissioned.

Prior to the cessation of the environmentally relevant activity, each dam must be
decommissioned such that it either: (a) becomes a stable landform, that no longer contains flowable substances; (b) is approved or authorised under relevant legislation for a beneficial use; (c) is a void authorised by the administering authority to remain after decommissioning; and (d) is compliant with the rehabilitation requirements of this environmental authority.
